Firstly, I've got a couple of ideas. No, they're not good ideas at all. But who cares? There's already a ton of crap on the internet, and little more won't hurt anybody.
Secondly: An Agenda
- Was in the /osrg/ today. We got to talking about Aztec settings for OSR games. Decided I'd actually give it a try. While I wouldn't say I'm incompetent at the skills necessary to make an OSR game/setting (writing, imagination, drawing, experience with roleplaying games, and OSR in particular), I will fully disclose that I'm a lazy shit, and no one should expect any updates with anything resembling frequency.
- I may or may not pontificate on the "right way to play" as filtered through my unfocused brain pan. You can read those parts if you want, but really should make up your own opinion on what's the right way to play for you.
- I may or may not get sidetracked with an SF OSR idea I have been talking about with real life (100%! Totally!) friends whom I game with on a weekly basis. I might even start posting stories of what happened in our games - like how the first and so far last time we've played Stars Without Number, my ace fighter pilot got shot in the ass by a particle beam.
Aside from that. First blog post.
